Our client approached us to form a partnership in providing end-to-end project management of a multi-site subdivision with the construction of 5 brand new quality homes in the coastal Bays area of the North Shore.
Deep Creek Road, Waiake
Our client wanted to subdivide her property and remove the existing house so she could build two new homes on the section.
The challenge of the build was that the existing house encroached on both the two new building sites.
