Our client approached us to form a partnership in providing end-to-end project management of a multi-site subdivision with the construction of 5 brand new quality homes in the coastal Bays area of the North Shore.
We brought together our team of expert consultants that included a planner, civil engineer, surveyor and architect to deliver an integrated sub-division with house designs that complemented each other. The end result was the exclusive enclave now known as ‘Waiake Mews’.
The first of the five new houses has been completed and features an impressive executive home utilising state-of-the-art automation, solar battery powered technology and a level of quality evident in all Bayside projects.
STAGE 1
Once resource consent had been granted, we engaged our sister company, JacksCo Civil to undertake the subdivision works and create the new sites.
STAGE 2
Construction was started on the first of the five houses and recently completed, ready for our client’s daughter and son-in-law to move in.
STAGE 3
The ongoing construction of the remaining four houses is due to start on the 18th October 2018.
Our team of consultants has constantly been able to add additional value in the engineering of the designs by incorporating new products and methodologies as they become available. For example, we changed the timber used on Lot 3 from imported Western Red Cedar to New Zealand produced Abodo.

The creation of an idyllic enclave of houses that fit in well with each other, yet are different enough to attain their own identity. The quality in these houses has enabled the residents to live in beautiful and healthy homes, focussing on family life instead of ongoing maintenance. The process of working through the build right from planning stage made life much simpler for the clients, leaving much of the hard work in others hands.
